The interview process consisted of around 5 stages, which align pretty well with rest of the industry in terms of what interviews you'd expect.
Screening -> Technical Discussion -> Live Pairing -> System Design -> Culture Fit
One of the things that impressed me the most was the pace in which we completed the whole process. From start to finish Pactio fit the entire process in 2 weeks.
The speed within which I received feedback and invitations to the next stages (Sometimes only hours after an interview) + an offer definitely stood out to me against the other processes I was in.
Across the five stages of the process you essentially get to meet a wide range of people from the engineering team, and then most of the company at the final stage. This is a nice touch as it gives you a high degree of confidence about the culture of the company you are joining and quite quickly you can see how close the interpersonal relationships between the team are and how much they care about each other!
