Very casual. I was asked a few questions about my writing experience and some generic interview questions like "how would you handle working for a client that you didn't personally support?" I don't feel like there was an enormous amount of deliberation that occurred by they offered me the job and I don't think that I'm any sort of exceptionally qualified candidate, so take that as you will.

Company acted as though they loved the experience I brought to the table. Then I looked at others hired and realized I was the only one with experience. They weren't looking for people that already knew what was happening in the SEO world but rather who could fill a seat.

Interview
I received a phone call approximately two weeks after I sent in my resume. I was called in for an interview with the Training Manager. The following day I met with the HR Manager, participated in a group interview, and filled out paperwork. I then completed a Drug Screening and Background Check and was given an offer.
