Thank you for your feedback - we take our candidate experience seriously. We value candidate's time and strive to balance that with the speed of our process, which often means that our recruiting team works together to handle candidates and provide coverage during PTO and vacations. We had a number of qualified candidates for the position and we selected a candidate with more relevant experience that better met the qualifications of the role. We take diversity very seriously at PagerDuty - from our CEO through our entire team it is engrained within our recruitment process and company culture.
