Overall a very awkward and unprofessional interview process. For the first call with the recruiter, they called 15 minutes early which I think is unprofessional given it was during the work day. This interview only last about 15 minutes and the recruiter was just reading questions from a list and typing my responses very slowly. The next step was a video call with the hiring manager. They were using a low quality laptop microphone so it was hard to hear and they only asked 15 minutes worth of questions again. The 45 minute interview was done in 20 minutes. Now it has been a couple weeks since that and I have not heard an update. Given the awkwardness of the process, I am not inclined to follow up.
