I applied, and got deferred. Subsequently got an email about an online coding test. Exceeded the expectations of the test, got an interview with recruiter. Then got an interview coding with a screen share. Then went to their London office and had 3 consecutive interviews. This was a very long process, and would have liked to have made it quicker.
