I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
Firstly Hackerrank challenges, 2 problems, not very difficult, usual stuff.
Phone interview with a FDE, not easy to get in touch with the engineer, since he was traveling a lot and kept rescheduling the interview.
Onsite interviews consisting in 3 interviews with 3 FDE. Be sure to revise all the fundamentals of algorithms, coding and design techniques.
Everyone looked quite stressed and not really enthusiast.
I think they are looking for the perfect candidate, 1 single answer which is not the perfect one for them and you are done. That's the impression I had. As usual they rejected me without any feedback.
