The interview process was a multi-stage one: first I had a phone call, then a day-long series of in-person interviews, and lastly a meeting with one of the founders before receiving an offer. Folks dressed informally (many in jeans) and some of my interviews were over VTC.
I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a fairly friendly chat about background, interesting company, a little vague with the process and what they look for exactly, not sure who they are looking for .
Pretty smooth process overall, was kept up to date on the process, phone screen person was nice, only completed phone screen before hiring was paused and next interview was cancelled.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY) in Jul 2024
Interview
I had an initial online assessment that included one DSA question, one API implementation question, and one SQL query question. After that, I had a recruiter call, which went very well and felt quite promising overall.
