Palisades Medical Center interview questions

It was an in-person interview with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers from different department. They asked few questions such as tell me about yourself, how would you handle aggressive patient, where do you see yourself in 3 years, and what is my strength and weakness. Then HR called to offer the job. The Interview Process was smooth and very professional
