Straight forward process. Promotional goals are set from pre-hire so I know what it takes to get promoted. This company has a unique strategy they use to build brand recognition in a way that, coming from years of experience, is modernizing traditional marketing and sales. The first interview was brief which was understandable because the model is fairly simple and for a three round interview process the 2nd portion is much more in depth. This company starts with basic training and development in ones direct marketing skill set and gradually moves them into more managerial roles. Not sure why someone wrote on here it takes 2 weeks to become a director?? So wrong! They showed me it takes significantly longer than that, but can be sped up depending on the skill set of the applicant. I haven’t been called back for a third round yet but everything so far seems straight forward. Definitely worth the time to find out what they had to offer.
