I sent my resume to a recruiter at a college fair, and was contacted two days after for a screening interview that went really well. Then I got offered to interview in person. The in-person interview was extremely tough. They asked a lot of questions relating to the Panda culture and their values.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express (State College, PA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview was overall pretty easy. They are desperate for people therefore just say you are a team player and willing to go above and beyond and you will get the job.
