I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Panda Express (Fresno, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Appiled online and within couple days later got called in for an interview. On that day there were a lot of other peoples getting interview also because it was a open interview but the ones that got schedule were first. I waited for almost an hour to finally get my interview. The manger was a nice lady. We sat on one of the table. She was happy that i brought my resume with me. She went over my interview and ask basic questions like why pandas express? Why should I hire you? What do u see yourself in 5 years. Also ask me questions like name a time when...after the interview she said most of us will be getting calls.
Couple days later I got called in for a second interview. This time was with the lead. She was a nice lady also, sat at the same spot. She looked over my resume and was impress I had restaurant experiences. Asked kind of the same questions as the manager had but this time she asked questions through a paper. What was my biggest accomplishment and what did I do to achieve. Lmao too funny I said freaken while explaining and I knew that ruin my chance of getting hired. She also asked if she ask me to go around and talk to everyone would I do it I told her yes and does she want me to do it now. She laughed and said no it was just a question but she liked that I was confident. Pretty much it.
I was scared I wasn't going to get hired but a week later manager called me and hired me.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
