The manager sat me and one other person down at a table and asked us questions. It overall took about 15 minutes, and each person gets the same question. They offered us a drink while we interviewed and the process was professional yet very casual.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
