I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Sandy, OR) in Oct 2019
Interview
I called my nearby location to confirm the walk-in interview they had that day. They didn't but the employee on the phone talked to her manager who agreed to do an in-person interview. The interview process wasn't difficult. They asked basic interview questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
