they asked more about my previous work than interview questions ex: why I quit my old job, what you can do. It was very unprofessional, the manager was even on his phone while doing the interview, and also was getting distracted

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
