The manager was friendly. Nothing to nerve about. The manager made me feel comfortable.
Ask about your background and situation question like how would you dealt with unsatisfied customer. The manager would talk about how Panda is a good company and the benefits working with panda. The manager would ask to fill out a form about your availability.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
