I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
I called several times before finally getting an interview, but eventually one was set up & I came in early & was told I could sit & wait while the manager finished the interview before mine. She asked a lot of questions off a paper but was friendly & occasionally added her own questions & comments. Before the interview was even over, she arranged for another store's manager to come in later that day who then interviewed me in much the same fashion. And then it was set up that I would go to an "open house" for a third interview with another manager which was about the same. Everyone was very friendly & then final manager was super encouraging, telling me to call back about the job, which I did & was basically just told to come in in a few days & that I'd gotten the job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
