It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
I talked with the manager and upper management at a booth in the restaurant. I talked with the big boss first, then the manager joined in. Other interviews I've seen when I worked were just with the manager.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
