I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Reno, NV) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had two interviews. One from the Store Manager, the other from the District Manager. Pretty easy interview. They ask questions to gauge how long you will be working, how dedicated you might be, and your interest in working. Previous experience does not matter so much. They seem to look for someone who will be a beneficial and efficient worker that can maintain a good attitude at work. Your impression matters a lot, so dress nicer (I wore a blouse and black jeans) and present yourself how you want them to see you.
I actually got to observe another interview take place before me, and the other applicant seemed to be speaking more superficial and was talking about how he had an internship elsewhere. He did not get hired to the location. With my experience, I'd say it's important to maintain a professional yet genuine appearance while being interviewed.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
