Interview
You have to pass the online questioner before getting a call for a interview. They will ask you questions from a script but what they are looking for the most is that you have goals in life and what steps you are taking to achieve those goals such as going to college, getting a car, losing weight, ect.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
