3 over the phone and video interviews, 1 OJP (a working interview anywhere from 4-8 hours at one of their local fast food chains), a follow up interview then they ghost you!

They want you to come and work a shift for them under the guise of “testing to see how you fit with Panda and if you like it”. Really it is because they have a high turnover and are struggling to fill positions. They tell you that General Managers start at 80k, Assistant Managers at 60k; just to get you in the door and sign a paper for $16.00 per hour!!! SHADY PANDA EXPRESS!

Went through 3 rounds of interview in 2 days, everything was smooth and got offer an ojp next week. Overall flow was fast and was question after question, lots of behavioral and resume questions.

The interviewers showed up late to my first 2 interviewers and once they showed up after I asked if they would be joining the call they proceeded to be on their phones the whole interview. In my final interview they sent me the wrong store location and had me drive 30 minutes to the wrong store then reassigned my interview to a new location. They were unprofessional and disorganized in all 3 interviews that I had with them.
