Interview
I applied on via seek on the 21st of October, which took me to their site. And on the same day, I got an email back inviting to do an SHL Testing, that took up around 30min, plus a digital interview as well. which they require me to complete within 3 days before it closed, which I found to be a bit pushy due to the fact that I had a really busy week that week and found it a little difficult to find time to do the both the SHL Testing and the digital interview. But they got back to me really quick, as it only took them 3 days to reply with the result.

1. Ice breaking: introduce the person next to you to everyone with 5 minutes of preparation.
2. Key stage: ask about the company- related questions. About 35 minutes
3. Creativity test: design a charm for a customer. Around 10 minutes.

was put in a room with mutiple people where we first has to answer a booklet that had a few questions it , some about yourself some about how to calculate sale items, then was taken into a room for one on one interview, where i was asked about my previous experience and practical questions then was partnered up and given a product to create and asked how we would sell this bracelet
