I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Glenview, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
There was an initial phone interview. Once asked to the store, my interviewer was pretty laid back, and brief. The interview part was probably around 10-15 minutes. The compensation package was explained to me, the hourly rate, what you have to do to qualify for benefits. She did some of the talking, which is great, because I get a little nervous. But that's because there's quite a bit of information to convey to a candidate, like that you have to go to I think it was called "Planet Bread" for initial training at another location.
