Interview
I applied online 1.5 weeks before getting a call back from the GM to schedule an interview. He left a voice message, so I had to call back to schedule the time and day.
On the interview day, I came in ten minutes early and had to wait for the employer for about 15 minutes. During that time another manager offered me a drink, but I was too shy so I said no thank you. The interview itself was really quick, precisely 5-7 minutes. Super brief and general questions, what school do I go to, why I chose Panera, what I like about it, what are my goals for the career position, and a brief history of past work experience. After that, he said I should be qualified to be hired, he asked me about my availability, and I handed him my prepared printed out availability for the next two months, which really helped him figure out what time to schedule me for training.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
