Interview
The interview process is quite long. You first have a one on one interview with the manager, if they are interested they will call you for a second interview where you are seated with other coworkers that are being hired. And then you are also required to attend an orientation at a Panera Corporate Office where you go in uniform and do team builder activities and learn about Paneras history.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
