Interviewed twice with assistant managers, fairly basic questions to make sure you are somewhat competent. The managers were not aware I was coming in and seemed annoyed that I was taking them away from their work.

asked simple questions like “tell me about you?” and “if a customer were to react badly, how would you respond?” the interview was easy and simple, but pay was less than expected

Interviewed with a manager once and with the GM at another time. Very general questions in a relatively laid-back space. They will ask questions about why you want to work there and what experience you have. They might also ask questions about working with others.
