I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2015
Interview
I Filled Out The Application Online On A Friday, Got A Callback The Next Day, With An Interview The Following Week. Went In On The Day Of My Interview, Recieved Free Drink. I Had A Short, But Not Very Personable Interview. Got Asked Simple Questions, I.e Hours Wanting To Work, Age,etc. Hired, But Had To Obtain Food Handlers Card. Haven't Had Orientation Yet Due To My Interviewer Never Telling The General Manager That She Had Hired Me And Her Getting Fired.
Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
30 minute interview with 10 behavioral questions with the manager and a crew member present. Was held in the dining room and was business casual attire. Pleasant experience with great people
Pretty simple basic interview what hours I was was looking for and when i could work . if I could work weekends the usual basic stuff . What I liked to do with my free time and any hobbies I enjoy
