The 1st interview was a group interview. The 2nd interview was with the Training Manager and the 3rd interview was with the General Manager who extended the job offer.

Interview
One on One with hiring manager, basically just asks about you. Very informal and nothing to do with the actual job. More so just a conversation between you and the hiring manager to make sure you arent a criminal or something.
