It was a very casual interview and i was hired on the spot. They interviewed me in the dining room area. It was a one on one interview and it was pretty quick.

All interviews are managed by a virtual scheduler, so the manager did not know I was interviewing that day. Still, the manager made sure to start my interview in a timely manner. I was asked about my prior experience and my work availability. Despite the rough start, the interview was pleasant.

Very casual. Met the manager in the cafe during busy time. She just asked me basic questions about food and what I know about Panera. Make sure to know the Panera company back and forth.
