I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Dumfries, VA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I went in for the interview and one of the employees gave me a free drink which was nice. One of the managers asked me a few questions but he was quite polite. It was a little bit awkward because there are pauses that happen when they are writing down your answers and he said that I would be hired if he liked me after conducting the other interviews which is a weird thing to say.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Naperville, IL) in May 2021
Interview
They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.
