I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread
Interview
I applied online and received a call in about 2 weeks. My interview with the store's general manager was 1 week after that. He was very nice and actually spent more time talking to me about the company than he did asking me questions. My second interview was another week after that and there were more questions for me in that one, but they were nothing difficult. Altogether both interviews were very relaxed and not anything to worry about.

The interview was sitting down with the general manager. The job offered on the spot. Cafe associates were largely high school students. Interview reflected ability to show up on time and be trainable.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Melbourne, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interviewer (who was the manager at the time) was a nice person, charming in the way he spoke, understanding, a good listener, and good speaker. I didn't get the job, but he was still very charitable when interviewing me.
I applied online and was reached out for an interview a couple days later. We briefly went over my resume and talked about availability and interest. The meeting with the general manager was only about 15 minutes - 30 minutes long.
