Interview
Laidback, questions asked were helpful in gauging what they expected from you in order to perform the job. If you've worked other service industry jobs then they won't ask much about experience just what you're comfortable with and how much you can work.

What hours I could work and how committed I could be to them once scheduled
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
