Interview
The interview was a big deal because the HR person came to meet me in person. It felt special to have them there instead of just talking on the computer. Meeting face-to-face made it easier to show them who I am and why I'd be a good fit for the job. It was a reminder that sometimes, old-fashioned meetings can still be really important.
