Senior Talent Management (London) reached out to me via LinkedIn to discuss a role that seemed befitting to my experience. They scheduled 15 minutes and after about 5 minutes the interviewer lost interest. It seemed like my experience, although highly relevant, was not the "perfect fit". Further to sharing more about what I have to offer, I was told not once but twice that "we are a low ego environment". Disconcerted, this felt like a jab. Interviewer being eager to end the interview, I followed up by email with supplementary information as agreed, and followed up again a week later. Have not heard a peep since.
