I walked in, they greeted me nicely and we had an interview for about 30 minutes where we discussed the job and the expectation from me. It went really well. After that they said they would reach out to me and they did. I got hired after that.

Standard Hiring and interview. I came in through a temp agency. I worked hard, the manager was impressed and offered me a position. I started permanent full time within 2 weeks.
