I made pizza at home for the last 20 years. The manager didn’t believe me. He made me make 3 pizzas from start to finish in front of him and timed each one after I put it in the oven.

Quick and easy. I found out the same day and then started that week. The training was also easy and I was doing it on my own within the following week.
the interview process was pretty simple very generic questions were asked and the interviewer was nice. I didnt have any problems during the interview, and I did not need to prepare anything in advance.

Standard interview. Easy as expected with hands on part. In person review of pizza skills and a scenario based cultural part. Done in one day on site. Pleasant experience overall, would recommend if you are a good pizza maker.
