Réaction très rapide face à une candidature spontanée (10 minutes!)
Un premier entretient s'est fixé 3-4 jours après l'envoi de ma candidature à Gand dans un bar loung d'un hotel avec M. Peter Veldeman (Managing Partner). L'entretient s'est déroulé dans une ambiance détendue et légère (durée: 1h30).
Un deuxième entretient s'est organisé une semaine plus tard avec M. Werner Couwenbergh (Senior Strategy and Business Transformation Manager). La première partie rejoignait le premier entretient: faire connaissance et expliquer son parcours... La deuxième partie de l'entretient consistant à la création d'un business case sur une problématique de mon choix.
Aucune nouvelle après ce deuxième entretient.

Bref vérification des langues.
Mini Business Case pour évaluer la logique que vous adoptez face à un problème: "Comment feriez-vous pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaire de 50 % de telle entreprise? "
Plus gros business case au deuxième entretient. La réponse doit être détaillée plus cette fois-ci. "Quelles étapes mettez-vous en oeuvre pour arriver à votre objectif?", "Comment faire pour que ces étapes soient réalisables?", "Où débloquez-vous des fonds?",... Pensez en aval et en amont du problème.

3-stage application procedure.
The first stage was a talk with the CEO, Peter Veldeman to talk about who you are, talk about the firm and your interests
The second stage was an interview with a manager who took a case-interview (building your own case with business plan)
The third and final interview was with a partner that mainly looked for synergies between you and the company and took a small creative case as well.
The unsatisfactory thing about my application was that after three intense interviews, they decided not to offer me a contract based on cultural fit (but very strong candidate) which I personally would like to have been determined after the first round so no further hassle is necessary..
