I interviewed at Parade Technologies (Lynnwood, WA)
Interview
The initial phone screening was very easy, and the interviewer made it very comfortable and not nerve-racking. Basic questions, and I also felt that I got much better idea about the company as well as the role I applied for. The interviewer also gave me tips on how to showcase my skills better in the next rounds of the interviews. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the technical, but I enjoyed the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parade Technologies (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2022
