I had 3 interviews. First a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter who asked several questions about my nursing background and pay expectations; afterwards, I received a case study w/questions to answer and return. Second an hour video interview with the hiring manager who reviewed my background, asked situational questions, and went over company benefits, salary. Third a 30 minute video interview with a manager from a different region who mostly went over my background. The interview process took a week. I received the job offer the same week. The background check took 3-4 days. The whole process from start to finish took about 2 weeks.
