It was weeks between each contact even though I sent follow up emails and telephone calls.
It appeared each person I interviewed with was more interested in tellling me how good they were.
There were veiled comments about the CEO, indicating he was indecisive, changed company direction frequently and was a micro-manager. I got the feeling his reports did not like him.
Felt a very inpersonal company.
I didn't have much confidence in the people who interviewed me level of competence.
From my first contact the process took 4 months until I recieved an email from the recruitment consultant telling me they had chosen another candidate.
