Went through a couple phone interviews first. Then I went to an in-person interview with the branch manager. We told I pretty much had the job and that after I completed a couple more phone interviews with regionals I would be starting. Didn't hear back after I completed the phone interviewed with the last two people, but by that time I was no longer interested so I never followed up. The senior level management gentleman I last spoke with was very critical and I could tell he didn't like me for some reason. So I lost interest in the company completely.
