I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Paramount (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2012
Interview
Easy and laid back interview. The interviewer was funny and not intimidating. The entire interview was about 45 minutes with 10 set questions relating to why you want to be in media and past experience.

Interview

During the interview process, I went through two interviews with current employees at the Account Executive/Director level, where I talked about previous work experience. Also talked with the Manager of Account Managers who I would work with to get a feel for what the position's day-to-day would be like.
