I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The hiring/interview process only consisted of 2 interviews. An interview with the current assistant followed up by an interview with the boss I would be working for. Neither of them asked anything difficult and they were both "tell me about yourself" type questions.

Question 1
Honestly, they didn't ask for much. The hardest question I was asked was "where do you see yourself in 5 years" which is a very typical question but one I just hate!
I interviewed with two managers to get a different perspective. The process was enjoyable. The managers are a positive reflection of the company. The approach was more conversation-based than experience-based.
- Basic questions about work experience and ability to complete the job you are applying for. Asked about strengths and weaknesses and how you are looking to grow. Interested in past experience managing multiple calendars and projects
