There was a phone screening, group interview (the most difficult), and finally a one-on-one interview. At the final interview, I received a job offer as we wrapped up. I accepted and started soon after.
I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount Pictures
Interview
I found the posting online, applied, was contacted about two weeks later to set up first interview. The first round is a group interview. Show your personality and be bubbly -- the interviewers are looking to see how you'll interact with your tour guests. The second round is a couple weeks later and is a one-on-one interview, and it was pretty easy and brief.

Question 1
What would you ultimately like to do in the entertainment industry?
I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount Pictures (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
For my interview, I was placed in a medium-sized group with other program applicants and asked questions in a "speed-dating"/group environment. We were asked to answer questions by a handful of interviewers in a rotation, who spoke to the entire group. All applicants were also observed talking amongst ourselves.
3 rounds of interview with phone call, group interview and individual interview. Nothing too difficult in terms of questions. It is a customer service position so determinants are on personality and ability to interact with the public and international guests.
