The whole process felt really disappointing honestly.
The response rate was extremely low, and the AI interview system made the experience feel quite impersonal and frustrating. I understand companies use automation to manage applications at scale, but it often felt like there was very little room to properly showcase personality, communication skills, or real potential beyond keyword matching and pre-set responses.
I also found the lack of feedback difficult — after spending significant time preparing applications and interviews, the process felt one-sided and unclear. Overall, it left me with the impression that the recruitment experience was poorly structured and not very candidate-friendly.
