Very smooth interview process. Clear introductions and relevant questions. They asked about what my expectations are as well! Open discussion, instead of questions fired at me. I was able to communicate my preference on working hours and style
One call with two people from parexel, ask about experience and standard interview questions such as there's a delay on a budget, what can you do to speed up the review process etc. It was an hour long, people were nice interviewing.
