I applied online and was asked a series of questions by HR. After that I had an onsite interview with the Director of Operations. We had a conversation and he took me through the plant for a tour. It was really interesting to see the process. I was hired and I am looking forward to working for this company!

Interview
The interview consisted of myself, the head of HR and the head of my department. To prepare for this interview, I collected digital versions of my past work in the form of a presentation, which I used to guide a conversation about my work experience.

A lot of graphic design technical specific questions. This is an on site role with no possibility of remote work. From what I understand the interview has three phases. I did not make it past phase one.
