Called and asked if could attend an interview being held at certain day and time. Did not expect a "group" interview. Sat through a 2-hour presentation on the history and background of industry for company. Submitted a physical copy of resume. Called for a one-on-one interview the next day. If made it through interview, offered a start date to work for one week. If could make it through extensive training/quizzing for a week, then offered to work under a 30-day probation period, in which a pay negotiation could be made. If made it through probation period, offered full-time position.
