Asked about previous experience. I talked about my other interactions with children and raising my own children. Ialso talked about people I knew worked in the district and how they had positive expereinces in the position

Process went quickly as they needed someone in the position. Principal and Assistant Principal were the interviewers. They discussed the role and were very positive and interested about my experience.
