I applied through other source. I interviewed at Park West Gallery (Cruise Mill, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was pleasant and easy going. Training was rigorous but worth it. You must make sure you are prepared. First submitt your CV , then you submitt a self made presentation Video followed by another face to face video interview.
They send you an email of an artist you will be presenting at the interview, so you prepare a 1-2 min presentation of the said artist in the first interview, if you pass you will be invited for training which is much more difficult because will have to present over 25 artist and know each one off by heart
The interview process was well organised and professionally conducted. The recruitment team communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain the role, expectations, and training structure. The experience felt respectful, supportive, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.

Interview
it was very informative! there's an information session first, then it is individual interview. The interview isn't particularly difficult, mostly basic questions like self introduction. But also a few imaginative question.
