A Face to face interview with 3 members of the Company present plus1 on the telephone. Started by asking what I knew about the company then a walk through of my CV with emphasis on my control experience . Ending with lots of general questions along the lines of 'Do you have experience of...' but nothing technical. Several new details regarding the role came out of the questions which were not in the original role description which turned out to be dealbreakers
